Cari Cari are Stephanie Widmer (Vocals, Drums & Didgeridoo) and Alexander Köck (Vocals, Guitars). Since their formation in 2011, the duo has worked uncompromisingly to create their own world. So everything from music videos to stage design is done by hand in minute detail. This attention to detail has earned the band a loyal fan base over the years.

"We make music like Quentin Tarantino makes movies," they regularly say in interviews. Like Quentin Tarantino, Cari Cari absorb what inspires them. And transform it into something unmistakably their own. Tarantino's ironic orgies of violence peppered with film nerd knowledge, Cari Cari's modern vintage sound full of surprises: neither of them have anything to do with the usual rules of the entertainment industry. But that is precisely what appeals and hits the mark.
