⬤Club–72: Hiba & Mausi G

Hiba is a singer-songwriter from Stuttgart with Moroccan roots. Her sound is somewhere between NeoSoul and Alternative RnB - emotional, atmospheric and characterized by personal depth. She has been using her music as an outlet for two years: to process, tell stories and connect. Her soulful, gentle voice meets modern RnB productions with organic elements - sometimes reduced, sometimes multi-layered, always soulful. In her songs, Hiba addresses self-conflicts and the contradictions of life - the tension between strength and vulnerability, closeness and distance, longing and self-discovery. She makes the unspeakable audible and touches in an intimate way. Her concerts are more than just music - they are personal encounters. In an approachable live atmosphere, Hiba creates spaces for authenticity, touch and connection. For her, music is an act of self-understanding and healing - for herself and others. She is currently working on her debut EP. At the gig, there will be the first exclusive insights into the new material.

Mausi G, the G stands for many things, mostly for Geil. The 26-year-old rapper from Stuttgart is very diverse. Melancholically chasing past nights and screeching forward with lots of bass. Anyone who sees her live can be sure that something new is coming.

Club 72 is a joint project between the Merlin cultural center and the Popbüro Region Stuttgart. Every second Thursday of the month, newcomer bands from the region are presented as part of this series of events. Club 72 offers tomorrow's acts a stage today.
