WANDERUNG takes you on an exciting experience in which dance and music merge into an intense dialog. Choreographer Mónica Garcia Vicente and the Bremen-based music collective The HEADs - Melissa Wedekind and Hans Fröhlich - use walking as a starting point to explore human movement, freedom and transformation.
Walking becomes tangible not only as a physical experience, but also as a metaphor for departure, change, memory and migration. Dance, sound and movement merge into a common form of expression that enables new creative encounters.
Young dancers and musicians from both cities are involved in the project and actively shape the creative process. WANDERUNG thus becomes a shared experience in which the participants expand their own artistic skills and gain an insight into professional working methods.

Experience WANDERUNG as a moving project that combines dance and music in an exciting way and addresses the themes of change and migration.
