On May 9, the 68th edition of our concert series "die wollen nur spielen" will take place - this time in a very special setting: We are celebrating the release of the EP "flimmern" by deafdawg ⭐️ together

The evening will be opened by the wonderful Aylin Celik 💖

This will be followed by an aftershow party 🪩

deafdawg: With deafdawg, Fabian Livrée - otherwise known as the guitarist and singer of the band Drens - has created a new artistic identity. Where raw guitar riffs and an energetic band sound used to dominate, he has now opened the door to an introspective solo universe. His songs move between shimmering new wave sounds, catchy pop melodies and German lyrics that capture the tension between fragility and new beginnings.

Aylin Celik: Aylin Celik is a singer, producer and author from Düsseldorf. Her songs are dynamic, soulful, electronic, with the joy of booming basses, fast beats, synthesizers that carry moods and move between genres such as pop, uk garage, neo soul and R'n'B. Her songs deal with interpersonal relationships, dealing with discrimination, coming to terms with her origins and the feeling of home.
