Our fast-paced everyday lives demand a lot - we are constantly on call, in action, on the move. Our nervous system needs phases of conscious deceleration in order to regenerate, let go and find its way back into balance.

In this workshop, you will immerse yourself in a practice that brings body, mind and soul into harmony.

What you can expect:

Pranayama (breathing techniques) - targeted breathing exercises support inner balance and bring your nervous system into a harmonious flow.

Yin yoga - gentle, long postures help you to release tension and activate the parasympathetic nervous system.

Yoga Nidra - the yogic form of deep relaxation leads you into a state between sleep and wakefulness in which true relaxation can take place.

Jin Shin Jyutsu techniques - simple but effective techniques from the traditional Japanese art of healing to harmonize your life energy.

Who is the workshop suitable for?

For anyone who longs for inner peace, relief from mental overload and a deep reset on all levels - no previous experience is required.

If available, please bring your own mat, blocks and bolsters.

About Bettina Baron:

Bettina Baron is a yoga teacher, Ayurveda consultant and cook. She loves yoga in all its facets and is at home in various yoga styles. Her heart beats especially for the regenerative combination of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Bettina teaches in Isny and Leutkirch, where she is part of the training team at the Leutkirch Yoga School.
