Es grünt so grün - Wildkräuter-Rendezvous, Menü und grüne Gedichte, mit Christiane & Christiane

On Saturday. 30 May, Christiane Alexa, state-certified herbal educator, and Christiane Remmert, actress and operator of "Kulturhaus theater 1", are once again inviting you to a wild herb rendezvous. They will meet at 11 a.m. at the Bad Münstereifel Kulturhaus in Langenhecke 4.

Christiane and Christiane will be looking for the herbs needed to make the "Münstereifel green sauce" with the participants in the spa gardens. Based on the famous Frankfurt "Grie Sooß", at least seven herbs are required. Served with jacket potatoes and pickles, it makes a delicious meal. Eifel water with lemon balm and certainly a green dessert go well with it.

After around an hour and a half, the tour returns to the Kulturhaus, where you can learn Christiane Alexa's recipe as well as interesting facts about the plants she has collected.

As a poetry lover, Christiane Remmert shares her enthusiasm for green poems with the participants.

The wild herb experience day ends at around 3:30 pm.

The event is limited to 25 people and costs 32 euros, for members of the Kneipp Association 25 euros.

Please note that the meeting room in the Kulturhaus is only accessible via stairs, contrary to the otherwise guaranteed accessibility.

Due to some requests, it must also be mentioned that no animals can be taken into the Kulturhaus.
