Ich verstehe was, was du nicht sagst - Kabarett-Theater und Songs mit Melanie Haupt und Judith Jakob

The renowned cabaret artist Melanie Haupt presents her latest program "Ich verstehe was, was du nicht sagst", which she has staged together with her congenial partner Judith Jakob and the virtuoso musician Jonathan Bratoëff.

It has now become a tradition for Melanie Haupt to make a guest appearance at the opening of the season and the operators of the Kulturhaus are delighted that she has agreed to do so again, as she usually performs in large venues or on television.

The three describe her program, which is all about communication, as follows:

Brigitte is a children's book author and unemployed. Of course, AI writes everything these days. She is a little envious of her best friend Gala. She's an influencer and rakes in money like hay - without any content. But then suddenly a job offer arrives from the SchwarzWeißenHaus: the president has a communication problem (it happens). A strange egg hangs in the air. He's really angry because it's ruining his good poll ratings. The egg has long since gone viral. Googlehupf and FinstaKram have sent out their aligatorithem to make a profit from the fear of the "users" ... Now it's time to explain this to the people in simple language so that nobody goes crazy. Will Brigitte manage to find the "right" words? Do they even exist?

Every communication is unique. It's not for nothing that the word unique is already included in the word Komm-UNIKAT-ion! It can also be ambivalent. Especially when you enter into a non-violent dialog with one another. And many things are without words. Then only one thing helps: singing! You can't sing and be afraid at the same time.

Together with the musician Jonathan Bratoëff, Melanie Haupt and Judith Jakob will attempt to say a lot and yet very little about communication, obviously between the lines and with the help of Schulz von Thun's communication theories.
