The EOFT 2025 combines extremes. Are you taking part?

Look forward to: a 50-day trip through Alaska, where it's not just the snow-covered mountains that glisten. A bike tour to the highest peaks of all Swiss cantons, where every ascent is sweetened with a typical Swiss pastry. Plus: figure skating in Canada. Speedriding in Switzerland. A climber who fights her way back to the rock after a fall. And an inventor whose ideas have revolutionized the design of packrafts.

WILD DAYS

Four friends and one crazy idea: Aurel, Chris, Hélias and Alex dream of 50 days of complete autonomy. They dare to tackle a challenging traverse in the Denali massif in Alaska and want to make it to the sea - on skis, with pulkas and packrafts.

Wild Days tells the story of their quest for the real wilderness, which tests body, mind and friendship, stretches time and inspires the spirit - as only a great adventure can.

GIPFELI OF SWITZERLAND

Student Tobias Renggli would rather get on his bike and lace up his mountain boots than study for exams. A sporting procrastination, especially when you want to cycle through all 26 Swiss cantons and reach their highest points on foot. But the goal isn't just higher, faster, further - it's much more about enjoying the summit twice over. Tobias is in search of the best Gipfeli, a Swiss croissant.

A local adventure with ups and downs, lots of summits and the desire to experience.

SHERI

Sheri Tingey already knew it as a four-year-old: she prefers to make the world (and the clothes) just the way she likes it. The designer combines a wild mixture of genius and stubbornness. She also needs the latter to survive as a 50-year-old woman in the outdoor industry with innovative ideas. For example, a packraft for rapids!

But history proved her right, and so SHERI is not only an origin story of her success, but above all the moving life story of a woman who simply never stopped reinventing herself and things.

ELLADJ

Elladj Baldé is very close to his dream of the Olympics. As a person of color in the oh-so-white world of figure skating, the Canadian has almost made it to the top. But what do we do if the beautiful plan doesn't work out? Elladj puts on his skates and, far away from all the competitions and scores, finds a much bigger dream in the wilderness of Canada - wild ice.

FREJA'S BACK

Early in the 2024 season, all-round climber Freja Shannon takes a bad fall on the north face of the Droites in the French Alps - diagnosis: a broken back. But despite a gloomy prognosis, Freja fights her way back surprisingly quickly, first to her feet - and then to the rock. Together with her climbing partner Ariane Moreau, she tackles the route 'Ave Ceasar' - a perfect 7c trad route on the impressive Petit Clocher du Portalet (2,823 m) in Switzerland.

DROP THE LINE

In his youth, Anthony Dutruy used to ski down the lines on the Junior Freeride World Tour. After ending his competitive career, he looked for a new challenge and found it - speedriding. This combines skiing and paragliding. Not without danger, as it requires even more planning and consideration than freeriding. But the sport quickly developed into a passion of his and he now rides and flies faces that many ski enthusiasts can only dream of.
