A group of Greek Orthodox nuns are sent to Western Norway on a difficult mission. Without financial means, but with strong faith, they want to build a majestic monastery on the very edge of an inaccessible rocky outcrop directly above the village center. They have to adapt to their new surroundings and convince the locals to support the incredible project. The mayor sees this as a unique opportunity to attract tourists - but others are more skeptical. The film will be followed by a discussion.
