FOYER & FLAMME

In the organizer's words:

On May 17 from 3 p.m. we are Foyer & Flamme! Foyer & Flamme brings together talks, canteen and music: We want to discuss burning issues together, listen to each other, cook, eat and make music.

We are starting in May with the topic "Solidarity and Neighborhood" and have invited three district initiatives from Cologne: "Herkesin Meydanı" from Mülheim, "Sicherheit für alle" and "T.O.N.I." from Kalk. They will each report on their exemplary local work and what this has to do with solidarity, neighborhood and community.

There will be chopping, cooking and eating together, including musically: the group "elektrische Leiter" consists of a group of friends* who improvise together with their instruments, some of them self-made synthesizers, but also flutes, drum pads or simply their voices. Wired up, they end up in a mixing console, where the "electrical conductor" decides what the audience gets to hear and what (for now) doesn't.

Foyer & Flamme will take place at regular intervals and is a place to get to know each other, exchange ideas and network.

For everyone who wants to make life in and around the city more colorful and solidary.
