Freestyle Lab Barabend – Musik, die jetzt passiert

In the organizer's words:

No setlists, no show. Just sound in the here and now.

We invite musicians, sound nerds and curious listeners to an open freestyle session. An evening for spontaneous music, unexpected encounters and creative energy.

Just start playing. Listen. React.
Improvised, raw and real.

Whether herbaceous surfaces, lo-fi loops, beats, fragments or things that don't yet have a name - whatever arises in the moment will be played. No rehearsals, no pressure to be perfect, no ego. Music as a conversation.

Everything is there on site:
E-Drumkit, E-Piano, PA for bass & guitar (please without your own amps), microphones and a sound technician. Turntables will be added soon.

Bring your instrument, your voice or simply your curiosity.
We play with feeling instead of volume - collective flow instead of noise.
Whether you play along or just listen:
Come along, lean in, immerse yourself.

Freestyle is not a question of style. It's an attitude.
Live music, relaxed and integrated into our regular bar evening.
