Description:

A guided tour of the Nationaltheater gives you the opportunity to discover the opera from a new perspective. It provides interesting facts about the various processes in the house and about the work that has to be done before it can say "Curtain up!" in the evening. You will learn interesting facts about the architecture of the building and the personalities who have shaped the 350-year history of the Bavarian State Opera. The tour includes a visit to the Royal Hall, the Ionic Halls, the auditorium and, subject to availability, the stage area.
