Whether basil, rosemary, mint or thyme, in this course you will learn how to make creative, light cocktails from everyday herbs.

How does the course work?

After a warm welcome with a sparkling herbal aperitif, you will immerse yourself in the world of fresh aromas. Together we will discover how to smell and taste herbs and how to use them correctly in drinks:

• Introduction to the basics: freshness, balance and technique
• Preparation of various herbal drinks under guidance
