The basic woodworking course 1 offers you a fundamental introduction to our wood workshop.
The theoretical part of the course begins with a basic understanding of wood as a material, while the practical part demonstrates and practises the safe use of woodworking tools and machines.
The aim of the course is to train participants in the principles of woodworking and to create solid basic knowledge for future projects in the field of wood.
Basic course 1 Contents:
Basics of wood science, types of wood and wood-based materials
Woodworking by hand with basic techniques
Introduction and handling of manual machines
First work and introduction to the large machines with a small project
