Anyone who was there last year needs no explanation: Wax Head completely turned subrosa inside out last year. Anyone who experienced them at Sonic Waves Festival 2025 will know why the four Brits are currently considered one of Manchester's most intense live exports. Those who were there know exactly what everyone else missed.

Now the drummer-fronted gang are returning to Gneisenaustraße for round 3 - this time with their long-awaited debut album in tow. Don't expect a polished show, but a visceral mix of garage-psych riffage and the unfiltered energy they've already established on stages like Left of the Dial or Manchester Psych Fest.

Wax Head have only just warmed up. If you want to see sweat dripping from the ceiling, you shouldn't miss this Tuesday in April.
