The art prize winner MARKUZ WALACH grabs blues rock by the roots and freshens up his dirty sound with funk & soul. Entertainment meets musical acrobatics; the man in the bowler hat sounds amazingly like a five-piece band, and his style is also an absolute visual highlight: with six strings, DIY foot drums, a distinctive voice, blues harp, bottle neck and looper, he creates driving rhythms and captivating songs that give dusty country roads a new shine and bring the boogie back to life.
