Low, Heroes and Lodger - the Berlin trilogy: three albums that have shaped pop music to this day. In 1976, after his success and excesses in Los Angeles, David Bowie sought a place of refuge that would be a source of inspiration for new projects and help him recover from his cocaine addiction. He found this place in Schöneberg, West Berlin. Influenced by his roommate Iggy Pop and producer Brian Eno, he created unique works characterized by new sounds and electronic sounds that still influence rock and pop music today.
We can be heroes. Just for one day - an anthem that stands for courage and freedom. A musical evening that celebrates Bowie's deep fall, his self-reflection in Berlin and his resurrection.
