With joy of playing, subtle humor and high musical quality, Die Coolen Katzen invite young listeners on a journey of discovery through the world of jazz and improvisation.

In a dialog between stage and audience, the musicians show what jazz actually is, how it works and why improvisation is so much fun. The children discover rhythms, melodies and instruments: to listen, clap along, sing along and be amazed.

Well-known children's songs, transformed into swinging and grooving jazz arrangements, meet selected jazz standards that are playfully embedded in the concert program.

On quiet cat paws, as a strong knight, arguing with a donkey... Accompany Die Coolen Katzen with their varied program through the seasons and their festivals - a concert experience that entertains, imparts knowledge and will be remembered for a long time: For children aged 3-10 and their adult companions!
