La petite Laura is both an invitation and a performance. Developed over two years, this personal memoir by French-Danish artist Laura Guy is now celebrating its European premiere after its premiere in Paraguay (April 2025).
The piece interweaves movement and sound to create emotional vignettes - humanistic snapshots that invite the audience to reflect. Childlike innocence and adult complexity intertwine to create a journey through the past and present. With her significant physicality, Laura explores the delicate terrain of healing, identity and l'âme d'enfant - the childlike essence within us.
A world in which joy and suffering engage in a playful dialog. The evening ends with an optional audience discussion on the creative process.
