Liniker from Brazil is a phenomenon. In 2022, Liniker became the first trans woman to receive a Latin Grammy for her album Indigo Borboleta Anil, and in the same year went on to win three additional Latin Grammys. Musically, Liniker offers an eclectic blend of soul, samba-rock, jazz, and R&B, which has already brought her to platforms such as NPR Tiny Desk and COLORS. Beyond music, Liniker is an outspoken advocate against gender discrimination and has become an icon for the queer community in her home country
