Nacht der Vielfalt - Eine afrodiasporische Literaturreise

In the organizer's words:

Come and join us on 17.10.2026 at StadtPalais - Museum für Stuttgart for an inspiring night full of literature, music and Afro-diasporic visions of the future.

The evening will focus on Afrofuturism as an artistic, political and cultural space that opens up new perspectives on black life, the past and the future.

The authors Jasmina Kuhnke and David Mayonga aka Roger Rekless will give insights into their writing process, talk about identity, society and the power of stories to question and reimagine realities. Together we will explore how literature creates spaces in which Black perspectives become visible and the future can be reimagined.

The evening will be accompanied musically by T'neeya and band, whose voice and energy build a bridge between sound, emotion and vision.

Afterwards, we invite you to end the evening together with music by DJ AfroPunk, drinks and space for exchange, encounters and community. And moderated by Ridal Carel Tchoukuegno.
