Hanover. Top US rap star Flo Rida is the headliner at the N-JOY Plaza Festival on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at the EXPO grounds in Hanover. Jamaica's top music export Sean Paul is also confirmed. The female shooting star Zah1de will move out of the feed and directly into the spotlight of a large open-air stage for the first time at the event. Resident DJ Alle Farben will once again open the festival party of the year.

Flo Rida, whose stage name is a play on words from his native Florida and the term "Flow Rider", made an immediate breakthrough with his debut album "Mail On Sunday" (2008), which climbed to number 4 in the US charts. Flo Rida landed a number 1 hit at the beginning of 2008 with the single "Low" feat. T-Pain. In Germany, the popularity curve of the rapper, who likes to enrich his sound with funk, has been on a steep upward curve since the first album. The albums "R.O.O.T.S. Born under the full name Sean Paul Henriques in Kingston in 1973, the dancehall deejay (as a microphone controller is called in Jamaica) has been conquering the global charts since his breakthrough in the late 90s thanks to hits such as "Gimme The Light", "Get Busy" "No Lie" "Temperature" and "Bring It", is a sought-after collaboration partner for global stars such as Beyoncé and Dua Lipa and has been a celebrated TV star himself since 2022. Three decades after his breakthrough, there is no sign of Sean Paul's popularity changing. After his sold-out party show at the Gilde Parkbühne last summer, Sean Paul is now coming back to Hanover.

Fans will be familiar with Alle Farben from previous years. The German DJ and music producer thrilled the audience with sensational DJ sets. Frans Zimmer, the man behind Alle Farben, has been concentrating on music productions with visual support in the form of small masterpieces since 2009. Zimmer is largely inspired by the artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser. Zimmer's breakthrough came in 2012 when he captivated 30,000 fans at the Electro Swing Open Air on the grounds of Tempelhof Airport in Berlin. The Berlin dance icon was also booked for the Tomorrowland and Lollapalooza festivals. His career is characterized by impressive facts and figures: 2 billion streams, 35 diamond, platinum and gold awards, 7 radio No. 1 hits and an Echo as "Best Dance National".

For the first time, limited tickets for various categories (VIP Premium, Early Entry) will be available exclusively via eventim-Online.
