In the organizer's words:
The play, based on an essay by Austrian journalist Robert Misik, tells of a society that despises its substructure, its peripheries.
It describes political and social conditions, tells of the differences between town and country, of secure and precarious lifestyles, shows instruction, segregation and brutalization. Above all, however, it is a psychological inventory of the population in those "forgotten", abandoned areas, where many people seem to have little choice but to regard the often hollow promises of right-wing populism as a kind of last home.
Ages 14 and up.
