A multifaceted artist, Mathilde Vendramin moves fluidly between roles:  sometimes as a singer, sometimes as a cellist, often embracing both, in search of a musical and poetical expression rooted in vulnerability and the full range of her sensitivity.  This quartet emerged as a personal statement, opening a space where a long-held inner creative force could finally take form, unfolding between through-composed material and open forms, led by voice and cello and shaped by collective listening.
