Salsa without compromise - live, loud and with history

Cabello Negro stands for handmade salsa with power, warmth and joy of playing. The distinctive brass section, the driving rhythm section and the band's voices bring the sound of New York salsa from the 70s into the present - earthy, direct and full of movement. The last guest performance already showed how well this mixture of live music, love of dancing and open atmosphere fits into the Schwanen. The salsa kick-off party 2026 is now building on this.

The songs contain stories of love, pride, failure and solidarity; on stage, they become pieces that not only want to be heard, but also physically experienced. Those who dance will quickly get into it. Those who prefer to listen will experience a powerful live set with character. That is what makes this evening so appealing: It is open to die-hard salseras and salseros as well as people who simply want to get involved in a strong concert evening with movement.

The Schwanen-Saal will once again be a meeting place for music, rhythm and a night that will briefly break up the daily routine in the middle of the week. The salsa kick-off party is once again a format that brings together concert, dance floor and late summer energy.
