Slavic Bites Pop-Up Kitchen: serving Lokša - the Slovak potato pancake you didn’t know you were in love with!

Slavic Bites first pop-up kitchen is happening in April! The weekend of 18.+19.4. in @cafe.neukoelln will @marrahulka.cooks and @_stef.k serve their version of traditional slovak lokša! 

Homemade sauerkraut, cutsie radishes, spring salad, juicy miso onion, drizzle of herby melted butter = all complimenting the “lokša”. The sweet version will be filled with creamy poppyseed, topped by cherry compote and lemon butter.
