BALLET EVENING WITH WORKS BY ASZURE BARTON, WILLIAM FORSYTHE

Aszure Barton's creation for the Hamburg Ballet, Slow Burn, focuses on two women with great emotional power and celebrates strength, wisdom and vulnerability. Set to specially composed orchestral music, a haunting stage event unfolds - intoxicating, touching and absolutely worth seeing.
William Forsythe's Blake Works V (The BarreProject) transforms the iconic ballet barre into a symbol of discipline, freedom and pure dance frenzy. Inspired by
James Blake's driving electro-pop compositions, the work combines classical nobility with unbridled joy of movement and was awarded the FAUST Theater Prize in the choreography category.
