TERRORISTS

What are terrorists? Yesterday freedom fighters, today left-wing voters, tomorrow theatergoers.

At a time when language is increasingly becoming a weapon, politicians, experts and media opinion makers are throwing attributions around until it is no longer clear who is actually meant. Confusion is not a by-product but the goal. The anti-social media do the rest.

Apocalyptically playful and clever, 12 performers take delight in provoking the chaos of categories and unravel what can still be unraveled in a revue of scenes. If not the truth, then at least not a spoof.

SPECIAL: On both April 8 and 9, exciting NGOs, associations and initiatives invite you to get to know each other and exchange ideas in the foyer of the Orangerie Theater from 7 pm and after the performance. You can find more information about the participants below!

The inclusive, migrant and queer collective was founded in May 2025 by open call from over 200 applicants from Cologne.

We are an educational and anti-discrimination project and offer workshops on sexual, romantic and gender diversity for young people in Cologne.

ViBA e.V. - Association for intercultural education and exchange, active since 2002 with various cultural and artistic projects in Cologne.

Arkadaş Theater

The Arkadaş Theater has stood for transcultural theater, encounters and artistic exchange for over 40 years.

interKultur e.V. is a non-profit association that works in a multilingual and culturally sensitive way. It offers concrete educational support in the area of outpatient help with challenges that children, young people and families face in their everyday lives.

Since 2015, we have been working in and around Cologne to promote the participation of people from a wide range of backgrounds through art and cultural projects.
