THE MIXTAPES

Drifting is a musical journey through emotions, genres and eras. the mixtapes let the audience drift between groove and subtlety, memory and awakening, intimacy and expanse. The choir stands for stylistic openness and surprising arrangements. Pop, classical and indie come together in specially arranged versions, carried by rhythm, harmony and a multi-layered sound. The common thread of the evening is drifting itself: Transitions become audible, different timbres gather, each mood is allowed to remain and move on until everything comes full circle in the end. A musical picture of life. An evening to rediscover, rediscover and move on.
