In the organizer's words:

We encounter extreme right-wing content everywhere and at all times in social media: it aims to evoke strong emotions, create confusion about established facts or shift the threshold of what can be said. In this workshop, we will approach the strategies of various actors in the digital space together using concrete examples.

We will discuss the imagery and choice of words they use, the topics they address and the narratives they spread. We will also look at what feelings these inhumane, anti-democratic contents want to trigger or where they tie in with pop culture phenomena. The aim of the workshop is to enable us to navigate the digital space with a sharper eye in everyday life.
