Hobenköök has been the new catering partner at Gut Karlshöhe since March 2023. In the Hobenköök (Hochdeutch for "harbor kitchen") we cook what the region and season has to offer. We work with pure foods, process the entire product and ensure creative variety on the plates. We know exactly where our food comes from, how it is grown and how animals are treated. For us, regionality and seasonality are not just trendy terms, but the foundation of our work. In addition to our Hobenköök at Oberhafen, our restaurant at Gut Karlshöhe also has a small market hall that offers our guests a piece of the region to take away.
