Time for plaice & strawberries! Neighborhood dinner get-together at Gut Karlshöhe
Summer has almost arrived in the north, as two real seasonal stars come together: fresh plaice and the first strawberries. Delicately fried fish from northern German waters and the sweetest fruit of the season - a combination that tastes like long evenings, light cuisine and good company.

Our neighborhood dinner get-together is entering the next round: a relaxed get-together for everyone in the area. Enjoy together, get into conversation and spend the evening in a cozy atmosphere.

Look forward to a seasonal buffet from the Hobenköök kitchen - with North German classics and fresh early summer flavors around plaice & strawberries.

On the seasonal menu for this evening:

• Plaice freshly fried from the kitchen
• Potato salad like grandma used to make with organic eggs from Andresen
• Parsley potatoes from the heath
• Fried potatoes
• Bacon and onion soup
• Lettuce with marinated strawberries and yoghurt orange dressing

The sweet finish is all about strawberries:

• Strawberry trifle with ladyfingers and eggnog
• Yoghurt puree with marinated strawberries and French roll crisp
• Chocolate covered strawberries with crunch
