Barbecue on, summer is here! Neighborhood dinner get-together at Gut Karlshöhe

When the barbecue is fired up, summer is immediately in the air. In June, we want to ring in the barbecue season at Gut Karlshöhe with an evening of crackling embers, cool drinks and good company! You can expect a relaxed summer barbecue with everything that goes with it: sausages, steaks, corn on the cob and grilled cheese from the barbecue, colorful salads, dips and sauces, fresh bread and sweet desserts. Of course, we have also provided plenty of vegetarian and vegan options.

The summer BBQ marks the next round of our neighborhood get-together: a relaxed get-together for everyone in the area. Enjoy together, get into conversation and spend the evening in a cozy atmosphere.

Look forward to our summer barbecue buffet:

Fresh from the grill:

• Veal and beef sausages from Bioland Waldhof Zydek
• Veal steak from Nordish Veal
• Tomahawk steak from Nordish Beef
• Grilled cheese with salted lemon and rosemary topping
• Corn ribs with beet syrup, lime and chili flakes
• Vegan kofta made from lentils, bulgur, herbs and Vanozza Veta cheese
• Salmon slice from Hummer Pedersen on barbecue wood

To accompany the grilled food:

• Colorful summer salads
• Grilled vegetables from the market hall with sesame and corinader
• Potatoes from Cassenhof with olive oil, rosemary and linseed
• Bread basket with breads and baguettes from Lene's Backstube with browned whipped butter, lemon salt and rapeseed oil
• Refined dips and sauces

And for a sweet finish:

• Cream cheese puree from Kruse's Hofmilch with caramel topping and blueberries
• Strawberry compote and orange almond crisp
• Rhubarb and raspberry crumble with lemon, oat and poppy seed crisp

An evening for neighborhood and seasonal enjoyment.
