We are once again celebrating the 11th BIG 1st MAY OPEN AIR and invite you to our well-known courtyard!

Band ohne Anspruch (BoA), consisting of Danny T, Mosche and Olli, are a relatively bad punk band with quite passable songs. But also the best band there is for small change. With a constant line-up since 2018, they have released five albums on their own label. After countless concerts and festivals, the band has played no less than 20,000 shows. Boa says about himself: "We can just about manage music, press releases are not our strong point....Whoever reads this is stupid."

Dosenstolz is not actually a band but just a pretext to get paid for food and alcohol consumption. However, as this requires at least a short stage program, the two to five band members perform screaming poetry disguised as "music", depending on the mood of the day. Their content is usually limited to the rejection of paid work, the consumption of drugs and abuse of the social majority. A visit to their concerts can therefore only be advised against.

Dorfterror is probably the world's best-known punk band from Oberbillig. Anyone who grows up there needs an escape route. The four young musicians bring an energetic mixture of melodic German punk and clear attitude to the stage. Their second studio album "Schreikinder" (Dackelton Records, 2026) reckons with dystopian social and scene patterns: What used to be drunk away is now finally being addressed - from the perspective of a generation caught between global crises and growing social coldness. Despite all the anger, there is solidarity and confidence at the end. The soundtrack for everyone who doesn't want to fit in.

As One Hit Wonder Women,Teddies Kneipe stay in the left-hand lane of life and ask themselves the big musical question: Why make it complicated when it can be awesome? So: drums, bass, guitar, pasta - yes! Wage labor - no! Logical consequence: punk (+/-).

Children's songwriter and music teacher Lena Bender performs her own and well-known children's songs on stage. With a lot of heart and a lot of fun, no foot stays on the floor at her concerts. The acoustic music encourages young and old to join in and conjures up lasting musical memories in the children's minds.

Life is full of wonders and magical moments. When the clown couple, Willy and Wilma Wunderlich, take the children into magic land, there's not a dry eye in the house. Willy always finds it a little difficult to follow the lively Wilma. Some things go wrong, but with the help of the children they manage to put on their magic show. For Willy and Wilma, it's always the best day of their lives. Let yourself be infected by their cheerful way of looking at the world.
