Intensive breathing connects you intuitively with your natural wisdom and the healing power within you. Without detours, we open the space for forgiveness, inner peace and lightness. You are allowed to arrive and come to rest in your innermost being.

In a safe environment, we explore these gifts outside the boundaries of the mind. The space will be held responsibly by the two Breathwork practitioners Janine Drexler & Tobias Mrzyk. Finally, you can look forward to a gentle sound journey with handpan and singing bowls.

Breathwork journeys are currently extremely popular, which often leads to large groups. We focus on each individual participant and deliberately limit the number of participants to just 6 per trainer.

Experience the magic of an unforgettable journey through the different layers of your being! Breathwork is a profound yet simple breathing technique that promotes transformation and healing as well as development and growth.

Please bring a soft mat, tea and comfortable warm clothing.

You will receive a detailed email before the start of the event.

⚠ Unfortunately, you cannot participate if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, high internal eye pressure, large/deep open wounds or if you have recently had surgery.
