Jazz can dance!

Funky grooves, Latin beats and jazzy brass riffs: the jazz ensemble JUSTYN TYME takes its audience on a musical journey into the world of hip sounds.

Original compositions between modern jazz, funk, Latin and world music characterize the band's sound. Drums and electric bass weave a dense, dynamic carpet, trombone and saxophone as the frontline lay jazzy or lyrical melody lines on top and the funky keyboard brings harmonies and rhythms together to form an unmistakable groove. In between, the musicians show their joy of playing in every sense of the word, experimenting with exotic instruments such as berimbau, dream pipe and kalimba or improvising with blues harp and jew's harp. The band has stood for this individual sound for many years and has toured with it at home and abroad. Their ninth album: What we do!
