In the course, we will discuss what it might take to achieve this. How much we can contribute ourselves and whether happiness is not actually already within us. Sometimes we just have to discover it, discard patterns of thought and behavior that we have learned over many years or rethink them.
Happy people who consciously deal with their negative feelings and laugh a lot live longer. Isn't that amazing? Isn't this a piece of advice from our nature that we should take seriously?
