Lorenz & Hövelmann ...., one a Berliner by choice for many years, the other based in Cologne for many decades.

Both names are inextricably linked with the Rhineland blues scene.

Peter Lorenz has often been described by the press as "one of the blackest voices in the Rhineland" and with Heinz-Bernd Hövelmann's guitar playing you just never know whether rock'n'roll has got the blues or vice versa.

The two have known each other for many years and crossed paths again and again at various musical events before they went on stage together with this band for the first time in 2017 at the Streetlife Festival in front of TOPOS.

We are delighted that they are back at TOPOS. Let's rock the house!
