Rhythm is it! Ten dancers merge in the shared rhythm of their steps to form a multi-layered body whose precise and transcendent movements reveal the spontaneity and power of the moment. The collective movement culminates in an ecstatic soundscape of steps, voices and breath, like a slowly swelling gallop. Memories and sounds, voices and bodies resonate together like musical instruments and gradually build up to an ecstatic eruption.

In the new work by minimalist Greek choreographer Christos Papadopoulos, movement becomes a song in which the dancers' bodies pulsate - and through them, the bodies of the audience. An optimistic, extroverted and magical work about first times, first encounters and the magic of beginnings.

Fierce and ignorant here mean: passionate and unwavering. Every step is compelling.
