The online lunch series for mothers is a new format from vhs stuttgart that offers mothers the opportunity to discuss current topics relating to personal and professional development during a relaxed lunch break. In short, practical sessions, impulses are given on self-esteem, visibility, leadership qualities, the fair play system and resilience in order to strengthen mothers in their role and to network.
Josephine Kremberg, a systemic coach and mother herself, organizes the sessions in an interactive format. After a brief impulse on the topic, she moderates the exchange among the participants and encourages them to delve deeper into the topic with targeted reflection questions.
