New York trombonist Erick Storckman and Esslingen guitarist Sven Götz have been musical friends for several years.

Erick is a busy trombonist, arranger and composer in NYC, has released three of his own albums as a leader and has played with Joe Lovano, Aretha Franklin, Blood Sweat and Tears and many other internationally renowned artists.

Sven has been a creative part of the South German jazz scene as a guitarist and composer since his studies at the Stuttgart University of Music.

The warm and powerful sound of trombone and guitar is complemented by the outstanding musicians Axel Kühn from Tübingen and Felix Schrack from Stuttgart. Together with this convincing rhythm section, they create irresistible grooves and a dense, interwoven sound spectrum. Their own compositions are played sensitively and clearly and at the same time in an exciting and entertaining way, creating a fresh and energetic jazz that shimmers, moves and never loses its grip.
