The Hi-Stakes are a 5-piece rhythm & blues band from Amsterdam. At the center of the band is singer Samuele Ghezzi, a charismatic frontman who knows how to captivate every audience in the world. Once started as a Ray Charles/Louis Jordan cover band, today

The Hi-Stakes now play exclusively their own compositions with humorous lyrics that help rock'n roll into the 21st century.

The best-dressed band in the Netherlands released their debut album in the summer of 2023. The release tour took them through Italy, Belgium, Mexico, Brazil and the Netherlands, including to the Blue Note Sao Paolo and the North Sea Jazz Festival in Rotterdam.

"Do It", the Hi-Stakes' second album, will be released in fall 2025.
