SundayPopulaire: Aladag Aktivierung

It's Gallery Weekend in Berlin. There is art to be discovered all over the city and many people are visiting one gallery after another.

This weekend, we are showing and playing a special work of art by the artist Nevin Aladag: a large metal sculpture, the "Public Resonator". A resonator helps to make the sound stronger and clearer, like the wooden belly of a guitar, which then produces the sound. At first glance, the sculpture is completely still. When we approach it and touch it, it changes and produces different sounds.

Is it possible to learn something and have fun at the same time? Today you will experience exactly that through this fantastic sculpture. All you have to do is prick up your eyes, hands and ears.
