Melina (France/Greece)

[DE] Melina trägt ihr griechisches Erbe in der Stimme. Mit melismatischem Gesang und großer Emotionalität verbindet sie Poesie, Urban Pop und traditionelle griechische Musik zu ihrem eigenen Klangkosmos.

[EN] Melina, of Greek origin, carries her heritage in her voice. With rich melismatic expression and emotional depth, she blends poetry, urban pop and traditional Greek music into her own sound.

MAHA (Sudan/Netherlands)

[DE] Mit Kreativität als Form des Widerstands ptotestiert MAHA gegen Unterdrückung, Vorurteile und Schubladen und setzt sich gleichzeitig für Selbstverwirklichung und Gemeinschaft ein. Dabei betont sie, dass ihre bloße Existenz bereits politisch ist.

[EN] Using creativity as a tool of resistance MAHA rebells against oppression, prejudice and labels, while advocating for self expression and community. Underlining that her existence is already political.
