In the midst of stress, inner turmoil or emotional exhaustion, the breath can be a key to relaxation. We often breathe shallowly or unconsciously, which puts a strain on our nervous system.
In this workshop, you will learn how to use your breath in a targeted way to calm your nervous system, release tension and calm yourself - in a very practical and immediately noticeable way. We will start with the scientific basics and then you will learn breathing techniques that you can use in your everyday life immediately after the workshop.

Mell is the founder of Maison Zen, a business psychologist, mindfulness and stress management trainer with Breathwork training. In her work, she combines mindfulness-based and body-oriented approaches to support people with stress-related exhaustion symptoms in leading a healthy lifestyle.
