The deineMaids from Cologne musically confront the issues of the time. With their very own interpretation of popular pop and rock songs, 24 Maids unfold a firework of emotions - sometimes passionate, sometimes rousing, sometimes thoughtful, sometimes cheerful and sometimes provocative.

deineMaids
The Cologne-based female ensemble has been combining songs from rock, pop, jazz and folk with an entertaining show in its concerts for over 20 years. If you're looking for classical choral singing, you've come to the wrong place. The Maids aim to impress with their vocal and choreographic skills. The aim: maximum entertainment and lots of fun - on stage and off.

Marie Weis: Musical direction
Born in Luxembourg, Marie Weis recorded her own EP and several other albums with her bands mata and Between Shelves while studying jazz singing in Maastricht and Arnhem. Today, the 27-year-old teaches jazz, rock and pop singing in Luxembourg, directs two choirs and composes and arranges music for her ensembles. Marie Weis has been in charge of the musical fortunes of deineMaids since 2023. www.marieweis.com

Simon Flock: Piano
As a pianist, singer and composer who moves between jazz, pop and classical music, Simon is always on the lookout for the perfect song. He is fascinated by intermediate states and released his first album entitled Bardo in 2023: "Bardo means intermediate state. Between sleep and wakefulness, in not knowing, in questioning, between light and dark, between loud and quiet, between familiar and unusual. Piano and song become the means of expression of a search for something in between." Simon Flock is currently studying at the HfMT Cologne and the University of Cologne.

The main entrance has a step. There is a barrier-free rear entrance on the opposite side of the main entrance. Please use the path via the parking lot. The church is then completely barrier-free. Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair toilet available. We will be happy to reserve a suitable place in the church for you and your companion. Please inform us in advance of your visit.
