"Reclaim: Tic Tac Toe" is the podcast about the first German girl band, their legacy and the media world of the 90s.
Tic Tac Toe were young, black and cheeky - at a time that wasn't ready for them. They rapped about racism, addiction and female rage and empowered an entire generation. And still became a laughing stock on the front pages.
Podcast host Meret Reh doesn't want to leave it at that. As a journalist - and as someone who grew up with Tic Tac Toe - she retells the band's story. Not out of nostalgia. But because the questions raised by the public treatment of Tic Tac Toe are just as relevant today as they were back then.
