48 Hours Puppet Film Challenge

In the organizer's words:

48 hours. No sleep. And the puppets take over. half past selber schuld present a selection of the best films from the international 48-hour puppet film project at the FFT: Miniatures at the Limit - shot, edited and completed in two days. What is created? Everything. Stop-motion meets handicraft excess, great emotions meet shaky sets, precise ideas meet productive madness. Figures, objects and materials take the lead - or slip away. Between rapid improvisation and surprising precision, the films show what happens when decisions have to be made under time pressure. The audience not only watches, but also thinks, laughs and doubts along with them. The evening will be opened by Alex U. Griffin (USA).
