We are very much looking forward to the readings by Nora Schramm, Luka Lenzin and Youssef Mahfouz on April 23rd, save the date and don't miss it!!!

Reading:

Nora Schramm, born in 1993 in the Southern Palatinate, studied foreign languages and cultural studies in Giessen as well as theories and practices of professional writing in Cologne. Her debut novel Hohle Räume was published by Matthes und Seitz Berlin in March 2024 and was awarded the Kranichsteiner Literaturförderpreis and the Mara Cassens Prize. Her long poem die erlöschung was published by Parasitenpresse in 2026. She lives and works in Cologne.

Luka Lenzin works in Cologne and Hamburg with language, music and drawing. Sometimes graphic novels ("Nadel und Folie" and "rpm" are published by Reprodukt Berlin), then music albums, audio pieces and flowing formats (with TWISK, plastiq and Poppy Trembles, set to music or as Emol).

Youssef Mahfouz is an Egyptian writer and filmmaker currently studying at the academy of media arts cologne. His work, both literary and filmic, is concerned with belief, memory, and the absurdities of normalcy. Youssef's characters are constantly getting stuck in situations of their own making, which ultimately transports them from the real, to the bizarre.
