In the Dreikönigskeller in Sachsenhausen, the Frankfurt urbanite and former record dealer Klaus Ronneberger once had a legendary gig together with the pop critic Klaus Walter, who also lived there, simply called "Klaus & Klaus": Playing records and talking smart.

Klaus Ronneberger passed away quite suddenly a year ago; events in Frankfurt and Düsseldorf as well as on the radio have allowed his fans to have their say.

Parallel to the transfer of his fine record collection to the Institute for European Ethnology at the Humboldt University in Berlin, we want to bring music and memories to your ears once again.

All of this comes together in his favorite Berlin bookshop Pro qm, whose co-founder Katja Reichard contributed the cover to the book "Die Stadt als Beute". René Pollesch, who died just as suddenly, staged a play from it for the Volksbühne, which was followed by a Berlin feature film of the same name: Celebrate Klaus & Klaus & Co.
